Shipping and Delivery Policy

As QCT Commerce, all services we provide are digital; no physical products are shipped.

Service Delivery
The package or service you purchase will be delivered digitally according to the agreed project timeline after payment confirmation. The delivery process is carried out via email and project management tools.

Delivery Timelines

  • Store Setup package: 10–14 business days.

  • Store + Launch package: 14–21 business days.
    The timeline is calculated from the project start date.

Cancellation and Refund
Since the service is digital in nature, no refund is available after the project has started. For cancellation requests made before the project starts, 25% of the payment will be refunded.
