Return and Refund Policy
General Rule
As QCT Commerce, since all services we provide are digital and customized, the standard right of withdrawal under the Distance Sales Regulation does not apply to these services.
Cancellation Before Project Start
If a cancellation request is submitted after payment but before the project has started:

If the cancellation request is made within 48 hours, 75% of the payment will be refunded.

If the cancellation request is made after 48 hours, 25% of the payment will be refunded.
Cancellation After Project Start
If a cancellation request is made after the project has started, no refund will be issued. A partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work completed; this will be reviewed separately for each project.
Dissatisfaction Cases
If the delivered service does not meet the scope and requirements defined at the beginning of the project, QCT Commerce undertakes to make the necessary corrections free of charge. Correction requests must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date.
Refund Process
Approved refund requests will be processed through the original payment method within 5–10 business days from the date of the request.
